The following items are not included in the pricing displayed, but if needed can be added to your final proposal after an on site visit to verify features and measurements:

• More than 1 layer of existing roof layer tear off
• New decking required
• Roof is extra complex
• Replacing skylights
• Chimney cricket or flashing modifications
• Replace peripheral fascia or trim boards
• Trim trees that impede installation
In all cases, we will meet with you in person at your property to formally discuss the project details prior to moving forward with an agreement to install your roof system. At this time we will clarify any questions you have, showcase shingle color samples, verify our measurements, assess all peripherals on the property that may influence the project, and discuss any special requests.
This is a great opportunity to get to know your sales representative, and project manager, who will remain consistent, and available to you throughout the entirety of the project.
RoofWell® trained project managers, foremen, and crew members will be installing your roof system. The majority of our crew members have between 10 - 20 years of experience in the trade, and are the absolute best in the industry.
Our crews will be wearing RoofWell® branded clothing, and will have proper safety equipment. Our dedicated project managers are on-site throughout the entire project, and ensure that quality work is conducted on schedule, and your property is respected, protected, and cleaned throughout the roofing process.
Yes. RoofWell® and our crew carry insurance policies with adequate levels of protection, at $1,000,000 per occurrence to ensure a high level of protection for you and your property.

The top tier Limited Lifetime Non-Prorated Warranty includes:
• 25 years workmanship warranty
• 50 years manufacturers warranty
These warranties cover you against errors in installation, and defects in materials respectively.
Some of our roof system however, come with a standard warranty of 2 years workmanship, and a 10 year non-prorated manufacturers warranty. – This is dependent on the system and manufacturer, and can be discussed in detail prior to making a final selection. Please call us for details.

We do not specialize in tile.
Due to the intricacy of metal systems, instant pricing is currently only available for asphalt roof systems. If you have a metal roof, we will need to conduct an on-site assessment prior to presenting an estimate. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your project.
