What is a roof-tuneup?
A roof tune-up is a comprehensive maintenance service designed to waterproof your roof and prevent leaks that lead to interior repair expenses or mold accumulation.
Our Goal: Serve 150 homeowners in Gleanloch Farms. – This would provide $15,000 in donations to Hassler Elementary School, and save Gleannloch homeowners a total of aprx. $54,000 in preventative maintenance costs.
Who needs this service? It's recommend to have a roof tune-up performed at least once every 5 - 7 years.

• Sealing/Waterproofing of gaps and cracks in flashing, exposed fasteners, and all rooftop components and ventilation.
• Painting of all components to match roof color.
• Inspection of roof components, including shingles, flashings, vents, and pipes, and assessment of overall roof condition and advisory on any imminent threats.
• Wind and hail damage assessment.
